Mediation issues involving construction defect and contract issues, variety of contract disputes, employment and educator issues with school board, sensitive fraud and contract claims mixed with criminal charges, resolution of partnership and business dissolution and familial business-related disputes.
Given the risk and cost of litigation, including the non-economic toil of disputes, I look for every avenue to resolve disputes. Early dispute resolution is important so long as the parties understand their claims, damages, and defenses. Creativity is key to finding resolution to complex issues and in order to maximize the benefit of mediation to all parties.
