D. EXPERT WITNESS: Expert witness on behalf of: Hilton Hotels in a bankruptcy proceeding involving the management of five hotels previously owned by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund; and Marriott International, Inc. in a matter involving the Eden Roc Hotel.
