Substantive areas of practice include construction, commercial, professional negligence, property damage, fire, explosion, water damage, premises, vehicular, personal injury, insurance disputes, and employment litigation. Participated in dozens of trials, and numerous mediations, and arbitrations.
Mediated matters in all of the substantive areas of practice listed above. Many have been multi-party matters, including complex construction and fire damage matters with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals, in various combinations, at the table.
