Serve currently as outside general counsel to the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Nevada. Also served for more than a decade as general counsel for a major state political party.

Have been engaged to serve as a consulting and testifying expert in cases involving corporate governance and transactional work and am the author of the treatise Nevada Business Entities, which is now in its 7th edition.
