Neutral Decision Maker (a form of Med-Arb) for Minnesota Home Warranty Dispute Resolution through the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry since 2014. As to process, I prefer to receive written submissions approximately two to five days before the mediation session, or earlier as the complexity of your case may require.
