Over sixteen years of trial and civil litigation experience at Am Law 100 and nationally renowned boutique law firms. Former Vice President of Legal Affairs in charge of litigation and compliance for a group of HR and staffing companies with an annual revenue of over 100 million dollars. Conducted internal and third-party investigations. Involved in handling disputes ranging from employment, wage and hour, class actions, entertainment, antitrust, business, contract, real estate, complex, trademark, trade secret, and high-profile celebrity cases. Employment and space law expertise. Taught Evidence and Research & Advocacy courses for several years.
Years of mediation experience as both a mediator and as counsel of record with a current mediation focus on employment matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, class actions, and PAGA. Also mediates business disputes, civil litigation, complex cases, and class actions.
Using the experience of being a litigator on both the Plaintiff and Defense sides to work with counsel and their clients to reach a joint resolution of their disputes through no holds barred honest assessments of their claims and defenses while exercising a compassionate touch because every dispute becomes personal to the parties involved in it.
