How to Become an AAA Mediation.org Affiliate Mediator!
If you are not a member of AAA Mediation.org, you must first join in order to become an Affiliate Mediator.
- To join AAAMediation.org, click on the Join AAA Mediation.org tab, follow the prompts, enter the required data and click on the red Upgrade Account button next to the Affiliate Mediator Program. Then, follow the numbered instructions below to complete the purchase.
Already a member of AAA Mediation.org?
- Click on the Login tab. Once you have logged in, you will see the Manage Account tab. Click on that. Then, you will see the red Upgrade Account button next to the Affiliate Mediator Program. Click on that button. From there, follow the n umbered instructions below to complete the purchase.
1. Click on the Affiliate Mediator Agreement pdf link in the document section of this page. Download the Agreement document and complete it as instructed. At the end of the Agreement, make sure you include your signature on the document.
2. Click on the Affiliate Mediator Application pdf link in the document section of this page. Download the Application document and complete it as instructed. At the end of the Application, make sure you include your signature on the document.
3. For the Application, you will also need to provide supporting information to verify that you meet the minimum requirements. Please provide:
- A certificate evidencing proof you completed a minimum thirty two (32) hour formal mediator training program or description of training including approximate date(s) of training, name of training provider and location.
- Description of at least twenty-five (25) cases you mediated for a total of at least two hundred (200) contact hours with parties within the last three (3) years having received payment for at least fifteen (15) of the mediations conducted without identifying parties including date, duration, location and how the case was referred to you.
4. Send the original signed Agreement and Application documents along with the supporting information to: colemanhc@aaamediation.org.
5. Once you are approved, to pay the annual fee of $600.00 by check, please send to:

The check should be made payable to AAA Mediation.org.
Payment will not be processed until an applicant is approved for Affiliate Status by AAA Mediation.org.
