I approach every dispute with the highest integrity, respect and confidentiality to all parties. My preferred method for resolving disputes is to focus on the actual facts and circumstances, with the parties actively participating in developing acceptable solutions toward resolution. In some instances individuals are so far apart that a more active role is required in developing solutions. In these cases I develop proposals based upon the facts and merits and present as a start toward successful settlement. Parties that enter into mediation deserve a well-reasoned resolution to their dispute in a timely and cost efficient manner.
