I request confidential written statements from each party, and I talk with each party prior to mediation day. My strategic questions before and during mediations enhance the parties’ ability to craft a meaningful resolution. I strive to minimize downtime in mediations by giving parties tasks or specific topics to consider when I am engaging with counterparties.
Regularly utilize mainstream videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, LoopUp, etc.) as both host and participant for mediations, arbitrations, and judicial settlement conferences.

Able to guide parties and witnesses who may be less familiar with the formalities of testifying online.
