Have handled employment discrimination, sexual harassment, employer retaliation, wrongful termination and EEOC claims and investigations. Draft employee manuals and non-compete agreements. Have handled negotiations for client's severances from their employer. Review and negotiate employee employment agreements. Matters have handled before the EEOC have included race, sex and age discrimination. These matters have been both for employees and employers. Have litigated Title VII matters in federal court for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Mediator in circuit civil matters since 2016. I have mediated employment matters involving discrimination and terminations.
