My approach combines collaborative and evaluative methods to help the parties determine their best alternative to litigation and make an informed choice as to settlement or proceed with litigation. I have a great deal of employment litigation experience to apply, however, I also try to foster a collaborative relationship that allows the parties to assess their own risks and rewards of settlement. I also take the time to learn the case and understand the parties, while using my experience to help them allow themselves to move toward resolution on their own terms.
